The narrow, soft, and smooth tip is specifically designed for applications requiring high precision and makes this swab particularly suitable for nasopharyngeal and urethral sampling. In addition, the swab can be used for various other applications, including buccal, nasal, throat, rectal, cutaneous, and wound sampling. The swab features a polystyrene shaft with an integrated break point at 80 mm, enabling safe and easy handling.

The swab is sterile, latex-free, and manufactured in accordance with applicable European legislation (MDD 93/42/EEC, Class IIa). This makes the product highly suitable for use in hospitals, laboratories, general practices, and other diagnostic settings.
