Our 70 micron vacuum bags are a single PE/EVOH/PE coextrusion, designed to the RecyClass guidelines for flexible PE film. One continuous layer structure means no laminating adhesive and no foreign materials: the bag is fully PE-based and belongs in the mono-PE stream. The EVOH core delivers the oxygen barrier that holds the vacuum and extends shelf life, while the polyethylene skins carry the seal and the mechanical strength. Suitable for meat, fish, cheese and sous-vide up to 85 °C.
