Reliability is essential in industrial packaging. That is why DaklaPack carries out various checks during the production process to ensure quality. This gives you the assurance of extra security and reliability – particularly when dealing with large volumes or the packaging of chemical liquids.
Among other things, we test the thickness and elasticity of the film, the strength of the seal and the colour fastness of the print – for example, when a corporate identity using PMS colours needs to be accurately reproduced. We carry out high-pressure and drop tests on our premises on a daily basis. You will receive a comprehensive and meticulously prepared quality report.

DaklaPack’s innovation team is constantly developing new ways to package industrial products. These efforts have led to patented solutions such as the EasyDose nozzle and the TurtleCap.

Rik Eggink: “As Technical Director, I’m in daily contact with colleagues from the innovation and production departments, as well as our account managers. We receive a lot of enquiries from customers, but challenges are right up DaklaPack’s street. If something doesn’t exist yet, we’ll do everything in our power to make it happen.”
One example of this is that we have machines installed at our own facilities for the production and filling of packaging for several customers. We can take over several stages of the production process entirely, such as the assembly and sealing of spouts. We build our own machines to automate manual production steps for specific DaklaPack clients. Examples include applying a clamp to packaging, or milling the components of composite spouts before assembling them with in-line quality control. We have noticed a significant demand for making packaging more sustainable. That is why, where feasible for the customer’s product, we experiment with single-material solutions. At DaklaPack, we are open to new ideas and keen to contribute to sustainable packaging or shipping solutions.”
