The swab is produced according to MDD 93/42/EEC, classified as Class IIa, sterile, including amendments from Directive 2007/47/EC. The tube is made of polypropylene and fitted with a polyethylene cap featuring the innovative Capture Cap technology, which securely retains the transport medium.
